Rental Requests
Our community’s iconic Green Barn is a historic venue that is a favorite gathering place and home to a diverse array of special events, committee get together's live music, lectures, and more. The Green Barn is also available for special private events like birthday parties, receptions, holiday parties, and more. For questions about the Green Barn Rental Agreement policies, fees, and deposits, please read the attached agreement.
Are you interested in reserving the barn for a special event? Review the calendar for available days and request the event online under submit a new event and choose the Resident Rental Category. Once you have received a confirmation email, you must fill out the Green Barn Rental Agreement (within 10 days of your approval notice) drop off the rental agreement, pay the online invoice for the rental fee or bring a check to pay the rental fee, and bring a separate check for the security deposit ($250, check written to CCCA, please front date this check to the month of your rental).

If your rental request is denied, you must pick another day and follow the same process.
There will be NO RENTALS on Major Holidays or Holiday weekends. However, residents can still use the space as their amenity as it will be open.
